Specialization I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Lubbock, Idalou, Slaton, Shallowater, Wolfforth, Abernathy, New Deal, Woodrow, and Ransom Canyon. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

Personal 
I am a full time REALTOR^®. I am there when you need me. I will walk you through buying a home or selling a home step by step. We are in this together. So the process needs to be a good experience for all. I care for my clients, Because I want friends, and referrals to come my way.

I serve as Vice President of Soroptimist of Lubbock, a Making A Difference for Women organization. Also, I am the President Community Partners of Lubbock, It supports the Elf Drive and the CPS of Lubbock. Kids are the very key to life, and we do all we can to help in making their life a little easier in a crisis. I also serve on the Board of Directors of Lubbock Association of REALTORS^®, as well as serving on the Executive Committee of LAR. I am a member of West Texas Home Builders Association Aux. Very proud to be involved in the Real Estate business. I live by the code of ethics in my Real Estate career and personal life.

My name is Jamie Dowdy and I am currently attending Texas Tech University. I always knew as a child that I wanted to do something with houses, whether it was decorating or selling them. After I got this job as an assistant I realized that the Real Estate industry was perfect for me. With the help of Charlie and Ann I am about one step away from receiving my Real Estate license. I absolutely cannot wait to get started. I just recently got engaged and plan to be married on June 2, 2007. My fiance and I have two wonderful Labrador retrievers that go by the names Hattie and Wesley. They definitely keep us going.
